Tennis Anyone?

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERATRINITY TENNIS is back for the 2013 season!  This spring should offer fun competitive match play.  All tennis players, boys and girls, in grades 6-12 are encouraged to come out and play for Trinity!

An informational meeting will be held on Saturday morning, February 2nd at the Calhoun Tennis Center at 10:00 followed by a practice.  A tennis registration form must be filled out and a $50 fee paid in order to play tennis for Trinity.  This will cover the cost of the uniform, balls, and any court fees necessary when playing away matches.  Students who are not currently enrolled in TCS should fill out an Extracurricular Program application and turn it in accompanied by an additional $25 application fee.  Please make checks payable to Trinity Christian School.  A waiver form must also be filled out for each player.  All applicable forms will be linked to either the general Athletics webpage or the Tennis webpage and available at the February 2nd meeting.

Practices will be on Fridays in February, beginning on February 8th from 3:30-5:00.  Optional practices will also be held on Saturday mornings at 10:00, weather permitting.  Practices and home matches will be at the Calhoun Tennis Center in Opelika.  We will be playing Calvary Christian, Hope Christian of Pelham and Glenwood among others.  The final match schedule should be available at the February 2nd meeting.

We need ALL of our tennis players!  If you have any questions, please call the school and we will get you in touch with our coaches.
